What began as a warehouse became so much more. This project involved converting both the interior spaces and exterior appearance of an industrial use building into a safe and comfortable family environment. This project used both national and international standards to create fencing lanes for practice and competition level events and including viewing areas, locker rooms, and public amenity spaces.
